Incorrect shipping information

If you have left an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter their shipping address correctly.  After we have processed and shipped the package, we cannot redirect to another shipping address.

Refund Policy


Refunds and Redemptions:

Our orders are valid for 7 days after receipt.  We know how difficult it is to choose personal items online.  Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged within 7 days for a full refund with proof of purchase** Damage due to regular wear and tear is not eligible for replacement.  Please note that you may be returning the product (unused).  Return shipping costs are not included.  Shipping and additional service charges (e.g. gift wrapping) are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will resend you the correct product and you do not need to return the received product to us.

Please note that these items are not eligible for a refund after an exchange has been made.

Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Free items in special offers are final sales.  Please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.

Return labels will only be provided for products that are defective within the policy time frame.

Return shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the product, your shipping location and the courier you choose.

To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning items without tags:

To return an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may use your own shipping method.  We strongly recommend using a shipper that provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment.  Please make sure to keep this tracking number for your records.  Products are not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-traceable carrier.


Your purchase constitutes tacit agreement to these terms.
